1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Farm Friends: Overworld Rescue (“Application”) operated by PEBCAK Consulting LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Farm Friends Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a child to use the Application, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child.

For users acquiring the Application via Apple’s App Store, this agreement also incorporates Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. License Grant & Restrictions

PEBCAK Consulting LLC grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and play the Application on compatible iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices that you own or control for non-commercial family entertainment.

3. Parental Gate & In-App Purchases

Parental Verification Gate: All in-app purchase options, restore purchase actions, and external links are located inside the Parent Zone behind an adult math verification gate.
Optional Ad-Free Passes: Farm Friends: Overworld Rescue offers optional Passes (24-Hour Pass, Monthly Club Pass, and Lifetime Ad-Free Unlock) processed exclusively through Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing.
Restoring Purchases: Non-consumable Lifetime Unlocks and active subscriptions can be restored at any time on devices signed into the same Apple ID or Google Play account via the Restore Purchases button inside the Parent Zone.
Refunds: Because transactions are processed directly by Apple or Google, refund requests must be submitted through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play Support.

4. Local-First Data & Privacy

All game progression, rescued animals, coins, and customization preferences are saved locally on your device.
We do not collect personal data from children or adults. Please review our Farm Friends Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, characters, animal designs, custom 14-track musical compositions, sound effects, and code in Farm Friends: Overworld Rescue are the property of PEBCAK Consulting LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL PEBCAK CONSULTING LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE APPLICATION.
